Keith Dolabson joined the firm in 2012 as a partner in the tax and accounting department. He has over 30 years of experience providing tax services to individuals, family groups and owners of closely held businesses. He works closely with his clients and their team of advisors to provide proactive and comprehensive business advice. He leverages his extensive network to benefit his clients with their business and financial needs. Keith’s practice focuses on the income, fiduciary, estate, charitable giving and wealth transfer tax areas. He also has extensive experience advising inbound and outbound international executives. Keith is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bruce Bulloch is a nationally renowned expert in partnership and transactional taxation and is a frequent author and speaker on these issues. Mr Bulloch is a retired Ernst & Young tax partner with 30 years of experience, managing transactional issues for some of the firm’s most noteworthy clients and also responsible for managing the real estate services practice in the Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest regions of the firm. Mr. Bulloch is a professor at Chapman University School of Law, teaching real estate and tax courses at the Jonhs Hopkins University and the University of Southern California.
